All cancellation requests must be made in writing via fax or e-mail. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm on January 7, 2017, for a partial refund. (A cancellation fee of $25 will be assessed to cover administrative costs.)
Registration substitutions are welcome without penalty at any time.
Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after January 7, 2017. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows.”
